I had a really bad breakup. After that i realised that all he left me was an empty appartment, a broken heart and 20+lbs. So i figured that in order to put my life back together i had to gain my health back. That included getting a new job, switching careers, starting to work out again, cleaning up my diet, basically i changed my life completely. Then i made this blog and learned a lot about fitness and devoted my life to it lol. I hope i answered your question :)
